How to use your Hand Titan:

1.

Ensure Hand Titan is in a loose and open position. Open hand wide enough to make an "L”. Slide Hand Titan on, grabbing the frame and placing the single node on the back of the hand as far down onto the muscle as possible. Should feel firm not painful.

2.

When placing the palmar side pad make sure the it is placed at the base of the thumb joint. Refer to video for further reference.

3.

If able, hold Hand Titan in place with last couple of fingers while tightening until desired compression is reached. When looking at the hand the Hand Titan frame should be half way between your thumb and forefinger. Pressure should be firm, not painful. Leave on for up to 5 minutes at a time. To increase effects rotate thumb and stretch hand. Use on a routine basis for maximum effect. RESULTS MAY VARY.
