How long should I wear my Hand Titan

To start off, start with 5 minutes to get used to the pressure. After the first couple of times using it and more comfortable it can be worn as long as it takes for the thumb tension to ease away. Results will vary. Best used on a routine basis for best effect.

I have red marks when I take it off, are they bruises?

The red marks are normal when taking off Hand Titan, they are just the spots where the nodes applied their pressure. They are not brusies, they will dissapte within a few minutes.

What should I be feeling?

Ideally the pressure is firm but not painful, and if the hand is turning white then it's too tight and not placed right. The frame itself should be adjusted for the hand so that it isn't hitting any bone. Customers say it feels like a HUG for the hand.

Who is Hand Titan for and not approved for?

Hand Titan is meant to be used by people who recognize they have hand tension and fatigue from over use. Hand Titan is not ideal for small hands, people who are elderly or have advanced chronic conditions. This is NOT a tool to help an acute injury of the hand and it will not help with developed ARTHRITIS. NOT ADVISED to be used during pregnancy since carpal tunnel symptoms usually subside after giving birth..

How do I check if my thumb is tight?

The way that you will be able to tell how tense your thumb muscle aka thenar is is by making a pinching motion with your thumb and pointer finger, on a scale from 1-5, 1 being not tense or tender at all and 5 being very tense. Feel the muscle before using Hand Titan and then evaluate the tension after use, it should be less..

If you over tighten the Hand Titan where it is no longer able to be loosened, that means the tool is stripped and unuable.
